This product does what it says it does and well. I attached this to a rubber case for my Fire HDX and it's working like a charm. You do have to maneuver it a bit to get the ring to stand properly, but that takes seconds. Also, the adhesive works well, but not so well that you will never be able to remove it, so I wouldn't try to "hang" my device using the ring if I were you. For clarification, I did not do this, but my 5 year old tried.
