Beautiful shower head and Moen quality value will last and last. Easy to install once access is provided in wall. Same as the ones in Home Depot just a much better price here.Part to guide shower knob came with broken pieces. Pic shows knob goes all way to handle, but it doesn't. Plastic. Too much to pay for plastic material. Haven't used it yet. So don't know if any other problems yet.This product is durable, easy to install and love the look, works great.Elegant look, spot resist is a great feature it doesn’t feel plastic, like my previous moen shower faucet.This seems to be a fairly well priced and good looking valve and trim shower set. Time will tell.If you have soldering skills, or some pex tools or just get the right 1/2 in Sharkbite fittings, the valve should be pretty easy to install. I didn't use the "plaster install/guide included" in my install. It didn't seem necessary. My valve when tested dripped water every two seconds or so (it probably needed a bit more of lubricant on the cartridge o-ring) so I called MOEN and they sent a new cartridge out within a few days and I finished the install of the handle and shower head and as of now I am happy with it - no leaks. The price here is similar to what it costs elsewhere, maybe $20 cheaper.These are so elegantly made and every piece is detailed well. Took me sometime to remove the old fixtures - they were rusty and ugly, while replacing the Moen pieces was quite straightforward, once the new ones are installed, wow, what a difference!I have other Moen products that I love and I think I would have loved this set but the shower arm that came with it is not threaded correctly. I can't use it unless I want it to leak all over! I've tried reaching out to Moen but they have no one answering phones at this time. This is very frustrating and the product will likely be going back.Contacted Moen. They were very nice and helpful with this issue and have shipped a replacement shower arm.
