If you’re only buying this for its aesthetic qualities qualities, you’ll probably be happy with it. It is a beautiful case.If you want it to be comfortable, not so much. The case adds a surprising amount of weight to the phone. It’s also taking me some time to get used to the boxy shape. It’s not the most comfortable to hold. I’m a tactile person so I find myself rubbing the raised bumps along edges of the phone. I don’t actually enjoy the sensation and it will rub the gold paint off faster.Speaking do gold paint, it is wearing off the corners already. I’ve probably had this case for a month. The rest of the case tends to draw more attention than the corners so I don’t think it’s too obvious.My ring stand isn’t still stiff and functions well but a friend says hers has become too loose to use. She’s had her case longer than mine.I use the ring used for attaching the lanyard far more than I use the lanyard. It’s actually an easy way to carry the phone.To sum up, I’d you want it for its looks, you’ll be happy. If you want comfortable functionality, probably less happy.
