Natasha is the best - she called me back and problem solved . The hardware was in the light fixture - my mistake . Great product and even better customer service:)This was the right shade of brushed gold I was looking for. Install was straightforward and quality was fine given the price of the product. Looked great with the LED Edison bulbs installed.Product is nice.. Was missing the robe hanger.. The toilet paper holder is really annoying and pointless .I think it totally changed the bathroomsVery cheap quality. Basically painted hollow metalThis set is plastic which really surprised me. (The bar of the towel bar is metal and the light fixture is metal, but the hand towel ring, TP hook, and robe hook are all plastic.). I think even the screws may be plastic , I used my own after the first one broke.The tiny screws to tighten the fixtures to the mounting brackets use an Allen wrench (included) to tighten, which is dang annoying because you can’t turn 360 degrees.But…I hung it all up nonetheless…I wanted to update the fixtures in my bath that have brass faucets…the golds don’t match, but for the price ($75) I decided to just go with it.Looks much more expensive then it is. Bought for a quick refresh in my bathroom. Much better then I thought it would would be.The towel holder that looks like a hook doesn’t work at all - everything slides right off. Toilet paper holder keeps turning when pulled on.Im still renovating my bathroom, but I absolutely love this! I just love how it pops against the black paint. This 5 piece set is the best price of anything I looked at. I originally was only looking for a light fixture but came across this. Light fixture, towel bar, shower hook, towel ring and toilet paper holder come in this set. The only thing that does not come with it, is light bulbs for the fixture. I'm extremely happy with my purchase of this set. Nothing feels cheap and flimsy either. Great buy!!It was a very inexpensive but nice little upgrade for my rental unit's bathroom. Easy to install and I found adequate light with two 60w equivalent LED globe bulbs.I ordered two- both boxes have clearly been resealed and contain used products. One box is missing all hardware for installation (see empty red bag picture). Both boxes' fixtures are damaged with the matte brass finish already chipped off. Terrible.Had to order this THREE times because every box contained an item that was scuffed!Has been a frustrating process but finally the powder room is finished. Beautiful light fixture and accessories but prepare yourself to return and reorder to get every item in perfect condition.Globe electric always has nice, modern lights … this one is trendy, simple and was a great price under $40
