The mermaid was not centered on the badge reel. The clip on the back is hard to press down and attach/ release from clothing. It also snags your clothing and the reel does not swivel.This is so cute! I love wearing it. The only downside is the clip only goes one way, it doesn’t swivel like others I’ve had. So for the panda to be facing the right way, I can only have it on my left shoulder. But other than that I think this is a great thing to have, patients love to see something different :)Been in daily use for several months now, zero complaints! The alligator clip has a strong grip, so I dont have to worry about it falling off. I'm a little sad about the front of the badge not rotating freely around the back so that it could be worn and different clipped angles, but it really is a great reel, especially for the price.So the badge reel itself is good quality, and the sloth sticker is super cute. But basically the design is a sticker with a hard clear top to it. Unfortunately, as soon as I got it, it was already coming up on the edges. It's not a huuugge deal, but the design is not as vibrant on the edges where this is happening. I also worry about water getting underneath. The string is also not as long as other badge reels have had in the past, so sometimes I have to take it off completely to be able to reach when I need to scan my badge.They was pretty goodOverall great! Definitely does the job well. The only thing I would say about it is the clasp is a bit intense and can distress/damage fabric.The clip doesn't turn and is facing down, so it is always turned sideways. The badge holder is not sparkly and there is no glitter but it is cute and functional.I love it, except the actual badge does not rotate around the clip. the part where it retracts out rotates but not the part that is attached to me. if that makes sense. i use it at the hospital i work at for my badge.
