I have been using this badge holder for over a year now. I wear it on my scrub top and attach a pair of trauma scissors to it. It has a decent amount of length when pulled and retracts easily back into the main part with no issues. It has held the weight of the scissors well which I think is a testament to it's durability. I'm glad the set came with 2 more but hopefully I won't need to replace the current one for a long time.
